Returns:
Elquinique prides itself in the quality of its products and we guarantee the authenticity of all Elquinique merchandise purchased from our Web site. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise orders. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations:
Any cancellation or modification to your order must be completed within 24 hours of your purchase to receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery:
For security reasons, our merchandise may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All purchases are shipped via Federal Express. Elquinique offers both standard and express shipping. To estimate your total delivery time, please allow four to six weeks to process your order for shipment. Normal turnaround for FedEx Standard shipping is 7-10 business days and 1-2 business days for Express shipping. Shipping costs are based on weight and are configured once an item(s) is place in the shopping cart. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Elquinique is not responsible for unanticipated delays. A FedEx shipping confirmation will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

International Orders:
We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
